Returns & Exchanges
Try Covermade RISK FREE for 7 full nights! We know you'll love your Covermade purchase, thats why we offer a risk free trial for you to try it out at NO risk to you. If you don’t love your new Covermade Comforter/Pillow, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact Covermade at customerservice@covermadebedding.com within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to return or exchange an item. During the 7 day risk free trial period, we offer free returns and will provide you with a pre paid shipping label to return the item(s).
If you still have any concerns at all with your purchase after the 7 day risk free trial period, please contact us and let us know. We issue returns/exchanges on a case-by-case basis after the 7 day period.
Shipping fees will be refunded for manufacturer defects and shipping errors on our part. Otherwise, shipping fees to return/exchange products will be the customer’s responsibility outside of the 7 day trial period. Covermade will promptly issue a refund/exchange within 10 business days of receiving your returned product.
